Schedule : full time (37.5h/week)
The Web Community Manager is responsible for creating, writing and maintenance of various interactive content for internal and external projects.
Key responsibilities
•Create clients’ social profiles
•Ensure active management of web communities
•Continuously feed web communities and provide punctual updates
•Rédiger divers textes et nouvelles interactifs à saveur marketing selon les requis des clients
•Write various interactive news and texts by clients’ needs and requirements
•Create activity reports by analyzing the content of interactions
•Analyze the competition
•Ensure an active presence of the company on various social networks
•Work closely with the Social Media Specialist
•Promote social media within the organization
•Communicate regularly with clients for various social media projects

Education
College diploma or Bachelor in a relevant field
Experience
Minimum 2 years experience in web writing
Technical skills
Essential:
-Very good command of web writing concepts
-Very good knowledge of social media
-Good knowledge of Web 2.0 concepts
-Good knowledge of web analytics
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
General skills
Essential:
-Bilingual oral and written (English, French)
-Passion for the web and social media
-Very good sense of customer service
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
-Good Judgement
-Professionalism, courtesy
-Meticulous, attention to details
-Resourceful
