Vortex Solution announces the website design for Dr Azar-Angelil Quebec Research Chair in Oncology and ENT

Vortex Solution is proud to mark the launch of the new www.lavoixdelaguerison.com website, the official web platform of the Quebec Research Chair in Oncology and ENT. Aimed at improving ENT cancer treatments considerably and supporting research, the Research Chair in Oncology and ENT is an initiative that was carried out in memory of Dr. Antoine Azar, a real pillar that was the ENT Department Head at the CHUM’s St-Luc Hospital for almost 40 years.

Supported by René Angelil, who accepted to bear his name to the first Quebec Research Chair in ENT cancer, the Azar-Angelil Research Chair in Oncology and ENT has been made official on August 16 2011 and is collecting donations in order to reach its goals:

• Identify the steps in which normal cells transform into cancerous cells in order to act upon these steps for prevention.
• Develop treatments that will only attack cancerous cells.
• Implement improved cancer characterization techniques in order to better target the treatments.
