Account Manager

Schedule : Full time (37,5h/w)

The Account Manager is responsible for providing a superior CX at all stages, whether it be fostering and maintaining a trusted advisor relationship, identifying needs, or delivering a quality, tailored solution. The Account Manager proactively identifies and pursues business development opportunities within existing accounts, while respecting the CX standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Research and analyze customer needs to ensure the optimization of solutions to meet their needs

• Work closely with project managers and P.O.s

• Identify customers business processes

• Continuously monitor customers’ satisfaction throughout the projects

• Develop and maintain relationships of trust with customers

• Act as guarantor of customer satisfaction

• Be proactive towards customers and offer solutions and ideas so they can achieve their business objectives

• Identify business opportunities with accounts and ensure the growth

• Analyze, in conjunction with customers, the results of the implemented solutions and make recommendations

• Mobilize project managers to better serve customers

• Any other action necessary for all of this to be delivered in an harmonious and effective way.

Training

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field

Experience

About 3 years experience as Account Manager or equivalent

Essential Technical skills

Mastering Microsoft Office suite

Essential General skills

  • Bilingual (English and French)
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts at once
  • Excellent time management and priorities
  • Work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Demonstrate great communication skills, presentation and persuasion
  • Class 5 driver’s licence (N.B. once gatherings with clients become possible again)

Asset

Good knowledge of application development process
