Wanting to provide enhanced customer experience, Orléans Express decided to rethink its loyalty program. This improvement, combined with a UX and UI redesign, was to be reflected in the company’s new transactional platform. The project had to demonstrate great attention to detail, fine analysis in terms of ergonomics and quality, and well-thought-out Web marketing strategy.
