Mandate Objectives

The development team therefore set up a site aimed at three audiences with very different needs (pharmacists, students, and the general public), each with specific browsing habits. Extensive analyses were therefore carried out in order to identify the best way to restructure the documentation to facilitate its access.

Solution

In order to respond to one of the main challenges of the new platform (i.e. access to documentation), personalized search engines have been developed: one intended for specific searches carried out by pharmacists, and the other, reserved specifically for documentary research. Functions such as keyword management, results filtering and autofill have also been added to the engines to ensure maximum efficiency during their use.
