Mandate Objectives

The company, which specializes in the manufacture and distribution of containers and packaging for the agri-food, health, cosmetics, industrial and pharmaceutical sectors, wanted to equip itself with an up-to-date Web platform that fully reflects its product offering. The new site also had to provide users with an interactive division search tool as well as a documentation centre for investors.

Solution

Vortex Solution responded to Richards Packaging’s business needs by redesigning and restructuring the site to foster conversion. The addition of call-to-action buttons on the product pages and Locations page incites users to make an information request to the company with just a few clicks. In addition, the integration of a branch locator module yields highly accurate results based on the user’s search for branches by city or postal code.

The new Web platform has everything to ensure an enjoyable user experience, drive conversion and inform the targeted audience of the company’s product offering.
