Its approach turns complex data into recommendations tailored to local bacterial ecology, supporting responsible antibiotic use.Smartbiotic entrusted Vortex Solution with the design and development of its bilingual website. The goal was to communicate a specialized scientific solution clearly to <strong>B2B and B2G audiences<\/strong>, including healthcare institutions and public organizations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-heading wrapper wrapper--xs\" data-title=\"our-approach\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Our approach<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-paragraph wrapper wrapper--xs\">\n<p>We began with an <strong>analysis of the project\u2019s needs, audiences and content<\/strong>. Visitors needed a clear path to understanding Smartbiotic\u2019s mission, how its solution works and why it matters to healthcare institutions, with opportunities to explore the subject in greater detail.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-paragraph wrapper wrapper--xs\">\n<p>Our team then developed the <strong>user experience (UX)<\/strong> and <strong>user interface (UI) design<\/strong>. Page structure, information hierarchy and visual elements were designed to make specialized content easier to navigate and to guide visitors toward the next step, including contacting the team or requesting a demonstration.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-paragraph wrapper wrapper--xs\">\n<p>We built the site on <strong>WordPress<\/strong>, integrated the French and English content, completed quality assurance and managed the launch. The resulting platform gives Smartbiotic a place to present its solution, share news and continue developing its content.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-heading wrapper wrapper--xs\" data-title=\"local-expertise-and-hosting\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Local expertise and hosting<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-paragraph wrapper wrapper--xs\">\n<p>The website\u2019s strategy, design and development were completed <strong>entirely by Vortex Solution\u2019s local team<\/strong>. The public website is also <strong>hosted locally on our servers<\/strong>, under security practices supported by our <strong>ISO 27001 certification<\/strong> and <strong>SOC 2 Type I report<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-paragraph wrapper wrapper--xs\">\n<p>This hosting applies to Smartbiotic\u2019s public website. As Smartbiotic explains on its site, the bacteriological and patient data used by its solution are processed locally within hospitals.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-heading wrapper wrapper--xs\" data-title=\"built-through-collaboration\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Built through collaboration<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-paragraph wrapper wrapper--xs\">\n<p>A project in the healthcare sector calls for precision, clarity and a strong understanding of its audience.
