{"id":11212,"date":"2026-06-10T13:33:38","date_gmt":"2026-06-10T17:33:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vortexsolution.com\/?p=11212"},"modified":"2026-06-10T13:33:44","modified_gmt":"2026-06-10T17:33:44","slug":"launch-of-the-new-website-for-the-ombudservice-for-life-health-insurance-olhi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vortexsolution.com\/en\/blog\/launch-of-the-new-website-for-the-ombudservice-for-life-health-insurance-olhi\/","title":{"rendered":"Launch of the New Website for the OmbudService for Life &amp; Health Insurance (OLHI)"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-paragraph wrapper wrapper--xs\">\n<p>We are proud to announce the launch of the new website for the <a href=\"https:\/\/olhi-oap.ca\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">OmbudService for Life &amp; Health Insurance (OLHI)<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-paragraph wrapper wrapper--xs\">\n<p>This major digital transformation initiative was designed to modernize the user experience, improve access to information, and support the organization&#8217;s mission of serving Canadian consumers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-paragraph wrapper wrapper--xs\">\n<p>Built on&nbsp; WordPress , the new website features a completely redesigned information architecture, simplified navigation, and restructured content that helps visitors better understand OLHI\u2019s role, complaint resolution process, and the options available when submitting a complaint.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-paragraph wrapper wrapper--xs\">\n<p>Key project highlights include:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-list wrapper wrapper--xs\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Complete user experience (UX) redesign;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New content structure focused on user needs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enhanced accessibility and information discoverability;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performance and security optimization;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementation of a flexible and scalable WordPress platform;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integration of the Canadian consent management platform \u00a0for cookie consent management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creation of new sections, including governance and organizational transparency content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-paragraph wrapper wrapper--xs\">\n<p>As highlighted by the OLHI team during the launch, this new platform reflects an ongoing commitment to transparency, continuous service improvement, and effective support for consumers and stakeholders.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-paragraph wrapper wrapper--xs\">\n<p>Beyond the technology itself, this project was distinguished by an outstanding collaboration with the OLHI team.
