Mandate Objectives

The major dimension of this project was the integration of a vast corpus of documentation, which represented its main challenge. Migrating all this content to the new platform thus turned into a major project.

Solution

The integration of a high-performance internal search tool proved to be the pivotal factor in orchestrating optimal management of a substantial volume of information, while preserving easy accessibility and speed of execution for the benefit of the customer experience.
