Smartbiotic develops a solution that helps clinicians choose more targeted empirical antibiotic therapy using microbiological data from each hospital. Its approach turns complex data into recommendations tailored to local bacterial ecology, supporting responsible antibiotic use.Smartbiotic entrusted Vortex Solution with the design and development of its bilingual website. The goal was to communicate a specialized scientific solution clearly to B2B and B2G audiences, including healthcare institutions and public organizations.

We began with an analysis of the project’s needs, audiences and content. Visitors needed a clear path to understanding Smartbiotic’s mission, how its solution works and why it matters to healthcare institutions, with opportunities to explore the subject in greater detail.

Our team then developed the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design. Page structure, information hierarchy and visual elements were designed to make specialized content easier to navigate and to guide visitors toward the next step, including contacting the team or requesting a demonstration.

We built the site on WordPress, integrated the French and English content, completed quality assurance and managed the launch. The resulting platform gives Smartbiotic a place to present its solution, share news and continue developing its content.

The website’s strategy, design and development were completed entirely by Vortex Solution’s local team. The public website is also hosted locally on our servers, under security practices supported by our ISO 27001 certification and SOC 2 Type I report.
