This major digital transformation initiative was designed to modernize the user experience, improve access to information, and support the organization’s mission of serving Canadian consumers.

Built on  WordPress , the new website features a completely redesigned information architecture, simplified navigation, and restructured content that helps visitors better understand OLHI’s role, complaint resolution process, and the options available when submitting a complaint.

Key project highlights include:

  • Complete user experience (UX) redesign;
  • New content structure focused on user needs;
  • Enhanced accessibility and information discoverability;
  • Performance and security optimization;
  • Implementation of a flexible and scalable WordPress platform;
  • Integration of the Canadian consent management platform  for cookie consent management
  • Creation of new sections, including governance and organizational transparency content.

As highlighted by the OLHI team during the launch, this new platform reflects an ongoing commitment to transparency, continuous service improvement, and effective support for consumers and stakeholders.

Beyond the technology itself, this project was distinguished by an outstanding collaboration with the OLHI team. Their commitment, responsiveness, and dedication to delivering a high-quality experience for Canadians were instrumental in the success of this initiative.

We would like to sincerely thank the entire OmbudService for Life & Health Insurance (OLHI) team for their trust and partnership, and we wish them continued success with this new digital platform.
